SpiderBite is a harrowing, autobiographical account of a mother's gripping and emotionally charged plight to save the life of her seven-year-old daughter after being bitten by a Brown Recluse spider. British doctors are neither able to diagnose nor effectively treat Rachel as the venom leaves her fighting for her life in a coma. Diane, in her desperation, discovers a modern day medicine men, Peter Bigfoot, who lives off grid in Arizona. He makes herbal cures and miraculously has the centuries old antidote for that particular spider bite. He manages to send it to Diane, but doctors have other plans.
