 MYSTICMAG.COM INTERVIEW OF DIANE PFISTER

Diane Pfister is the creator of GRACED, a transformative healing modality designed to free your heart and soul from the obstacles preventing you from being fully present. GRACED involves a personalized process to determine the specific blocks, such as life experiences, ancestral inheritances, or limiting beliefs, that are hindering your balance and potential. By identifying and removing these blocks, GRACED creates an environment of health and harmony, aligning your heart, mind, and body with your vision of perfection. This fast, effective, and miraculous method offers life-changing results, often within a day.

Diane, how does the Body/Emotion Code approach differ from traditional therapy or healing modalities?

The Body Code is unique because it deals with the energetic fields surrounding us. We have multiple layers of energy that can extend up to 50 feet, and these layers can contain energy blocks. I am also trained in Pranic Healing, an ancient Chinese method. Highly skilled masters in this method can actually see attachments and specific designs in these energy fields, indicating issues such as anger, based on the shape of these energetic clouds.

These clouds are similar to the dirt cloud around Pigpen from the Charlie Brown series; we all have them to varying degrees. Initially, these clouds serve as angelic messages, hinting that we need to pay attention. There’s an old saying that angels speak in whispers, and if we don't listen, we might get hit ‘upside the head’ with a brick—disease being the brick. If we ignore the subtle signs, they eventually manifest as physical ailments in our bodies. Energy healing, practiced for centuries, aims to address these issues before they become physical.

I don’t see these clouds directly. Instead, I’m guided to them through muscle testing also called Applied Kinesiology. This technique has various methods, which I detail extensively on my website. Initially, muscle testing involves using your whole body, then progressing to using your arms, hands, and then just fingers as you tune into the subtly. I prefer the two-finger method, also known as the two-ring method. Muscle testing acts as a Morse code signal from your higher self, providing binary or yes-no answers.

As you practice muscle testing, you might develop clairvoyance, see visual images, words, or symbols,  all signs you are enhancing communication with your higher self. It’s like meeting someone in another dimension; it can be exhausting initially as you adapt to functioning at this higher level. However, with practice, the process becomes more intuitive and you can use it for many purposes, such as finding lost items, determining which supplement to buy, etc.

The theory behind this is that every experience, face, and detail you’ve ever encountered is recorded in the universal matrix. Muscle testing allows us to access this stored knowledge and bring it into our awareness. We naturally filter our awareness to prevent overload, but all experiences are archived, not just for us but for everyone.

Can you explain the role of the higher self in a Body/Emotion Code session and how it guides the healing process?

The higher self is what we connect to, and it always has our best interests at heart. Think of yourself as a fractal of source energy. Just as a fir tree branch resembles the entire tree, we are fragments of our higher self, each part reflecting the whole on a different scale. When we open up to this level of communication, we can access the knowledge of all that is, including past, present and future.

In my sessions, the higher self often guides me to break down emotional blocks. For instance, during a gift session, a client might start with their arms crossed, signaling a block. The higher self might reveal an extreme crisis, such as a divorce at age 41, as the root cause of a physical ailment like hip pain. By releasing the trapped emotions from that experience, the physical symptoms can dissipate. I've seen clients walk away pain-free after such sessions, as in the case of a yoga teacher who resumed teaching in a week after having to quit due to ten years of hip pain.

Emotions, if not addressed, manifest as physical ailments symbolically linked to the underlying issue. For example, hip problems might symbolize foundational issues or a sense of insecurity. By addressing and releasing the trapped emotions, we can restore balance. You still have your own free will; you don't have to follow the guidance of supplements, food changes, or other suggestions. However, knowing what your higher self suggests gives you the information you need to address and potentially resolve the issue. It's all about angelic messaging, not force.

What are some common experiences or sensations people might have during or after a session, and how do these indicate progress or release?

The most prevalent comment I hear from clients is, "Oh my God, I just feel lighter," as if someone removed suitcases from their back during the session. Some people experience non-stop yawning, which is their body's way of releasing gases, toxins, and whatever else needs to be expelled. Despite having had plenty of sleep, they might wonder why they feel this way. I explain that it’s simply how their body has chosen to release.

Others might feel dizzy or become instantly and ravenously hungry. Reactions vary greatly; some people feel the need to sleep immediately. I conduct sessions globally, with many clients scheduling them right before bedtime because they find they can sleep for 12 hours afterward. Consequently, I've virtually been in more bedrooms than many therapists, with clients in their pajamas, ready to rest.

How do you prioritize what issues to address first in a session, and how do you ensure that the treatment is comprehensive and effective?

The first thing I ask clients to do before they book a session is to send me a quick note on what they want to work on so that I can be prepared. If they haven’t done so, I simply ask them about the issue they want to address. With every new client, I start by checking the communication systems, not just of the mind, but also of the heart, body, and spirit, ensuring all pathways are open. This not only makes my work more effective but also enhances their experience during meditation and affirmations.

Many times, with clients facing severe problems, I might not get to all their issues in one session. Typically, I ask the higher self to prioritize the concerns. For instance, if someone mentions they have depression, ankle pain, and migraines, I ask the higher self about the priority and whether we can address all three issues in one session. If not, I determine how many sessions will be needed, explaining to the client which issues can be addressed immediately and which might require more time.

At the end of each session, I discuss the processing time needed for releasing emotions and issues. I explain to clients that they might feel overly sensitive or experience waves of emotions, such as anger, hostility, or depression, surfacing and then dissipating. It’s crucial to not suppress these feelings but to acknowledge them, feel them, and let them go with curiosity and love. I advise clients to avoid directing these emotions at others and to let themselves feel and release whatever comes up, even if it means crying at a touching commercial.

This approach ensures that they process and release emotions effectively, leading to a lighter and more balanced state of being.

Can you elaborate on how GRACED works as a healing modality and how it complements the Body/Emotion Code approach?

The word "Graced" came about when I was practicing Body Code and Emotion Code. At that time, there was no Belief Code yet. My work involved identifying and releasing trapped emotions, which are just frequencies, from the body. Once identified, I would release them, creating a void. This void always bothered me. I remember discussing this with Dr. Nelson, and the advice was to leave it to the higher self and do nothing.

I worked with a woman who had severe alcoholism. Over nine months of weekly sessions, she transformed from being bedridden at her parents' house to wanting to return to Broadway, after dealing with her past traumas. However, when she realized her passport had expired before her flight to New York, she couldn't face going back home and ended up drinking again, landing in rehab. When I spoke to her months later, she explained that while we had addressed the past causes of her drinking, she still had the habit of turning to alcohol in future stressful situations. This highlighted a discrepancy in the healing process for me.

Simultaneously, I was working on a book about alternative healing methods. I discovered a common thread among Native American, Peruvian shaman, Aboriginal, and Buddhist monk practices: they all avoid giving voice and frequency to disease. Instead of saying, "I have [disease]" or "Join the fight against [disease]," they emphasize surrounding oneself with the frequency of health, beauty, and grace, thereby drawing healing energy towards oneself.

This ancient concept inspired the creation of "Graced." The idea is to fill the void left after clearing trapped negative energy with positive, healing frequencies. For example, if someone has migraines, their statement would be, "I live in health and grace with a clear, aligned mind." The Graced system includes a chart with 20 emotions and belief systems that can block the desired frequency. We identify the major blocks, whether they are ancestral, absorbed from others, or from foreign experiences, and remove them. This process, though it sounds extensive, is quick and effective.

Graced is a 21st-century adaptation of an ancient healing modality, designed to complete the healing process by filling the void with the necessary positive frequencies for health and well-being.

How do you navigate the potential intensity of processing after a session, especially when clients may experience a rapid release of emotions or blockages, and how do you ensure they are supported and understand the healing process during this time?

Clients are always warned ahead of time so they can plan their schedules accordingly. Usually, the processing period is about three days, sometimes up to seven days, but rarely longer. The higher self guides me in this, ensuring that no more is processed than what can be handled. For instance, it might indicate that an issue will require three sessions, spaced out weekly, because it knows what the client can manage.

Sometimes clients call me, distressed and weeping, unsure of what's happening. This is part of the healing process. Healing isn't always immediate; it can involve a lot of emotional release. To assist, I sometimes use a device called a Healy. This device, which stems from a much larger and complex machine called a TimeWaver, can scan a person's needs and bundle the necessary frequencies to address those needs.

The Healy contains access to over 144,000 frequencies and can be used for various issues, from emotional problems to physical ailments like migraines. It scans the person's energy, identifies the imbalances, and sends out the necessary counter-frequencies to restore balance. For example, if someone is having circulation issues, the Healy will detect that and send balancing frequencies to support clean circulation.

Sometimes, clients in distress will text me for help. For instance, someone might be about to go into a stressful meeting and ask for confidence. I can set up the Healy to send the appropriate frequencies remotely, providing support even in situations where a physical connection isn't possible.
