A woman with short gray hair, wearing a black cardigan over a green blouse, sitting on a yellow couch with a black and white dog.

About me.

 Something about me.

I practiced ballet on the back of a pickup truck. My best friend and I used to whisper under our breath, “I’m more humble than you,” which probably tells you a lot about us.

I brush my teeth (a lot), overthink my weight, collect recipes I never make, and occasionally wonder if buses just… don’t go where I live.

But then — I switch gears.
I connect with my guides, tune into the higher frequencies, and suddenly the world makes perfect, luminous sense. Messages flow in, healing shows up, and I become the version of me that my toothbrush-twirling self could never have dreamed of.

This is the dance I do — between the earthly and the ethereal, between toothpaste and transcendence.

And somewhere in that dance, I help people like you find clarity, release what’s heavy, and step into a lighter, brighter, more awakened version of themselves.

So if you’re ready to raise your awareness, clear your energy, and maybe laugh a little along the way

— you’re in the right place.

For many people, my work becomes a weekly touchpoint—
a steady source of support throughout the year.

For others, it begins as a simple leap of faith.

If a conversation would help you feel more clear, more grounded,
or simply give you the understanding you need to take the next step,
I’m here for that.
Let’s talk.
