A simple, client-friendly guide to how your session works and how to support processing afterward.

Overview — gentle, subconscious-led healing

Sessions use The Emotion Code & Body Code approaches to find and release emotional and energetic imbalances. Your body (subconscious) guides the process. The work is non-invasive and safe — there is no requirement to relive memories.

Session process — step by step

1. Intake & Priority

You share the issue you want help with. We set a clear priority for the session.

2. Listening to the Body

Using gentle muscle-testing methods we ask your subconscious what is contributing to the issue (trapped emotions, inherited energies, belief programs, structural or energetic misalignments).

3. Release

When we identify a trapped emotion or imbalance, we release it energetically. Releases are usually quick and subtle. Many clients feel an immediate lightness.

4. Rebalancing

After releases, we harmonize key systems (chakras, heart-brain communication, meridians) so your field can settle into a healthier baseline.

5. Close & Aftercare Plan

We check completeness, set expectations for processing, and give personalised aftercare guidance.

Aftercare & Integration — simple steps to support your system

Integration is the body’s natural way of absorbing the changes. Follow these supportive steps for the next 72 hours (or as advised):

Hydration

Drink more water than usual for 24–48 hours. Water helps the body move and clear residual energy.

Rest & Sleep

Allow yourself extra rest. Tiredness is common and normal as your system recalibrates.

Gentle Movement

Light walking, stretching or yoga supports smooth energy flow — avoid intense workouts for 24 hours.

Emotional Awareness

If feelings arise, notice them without analysis. Breathe, place a hand on your heart and say: “My body is healing and releasing.” Most waves pass quickly.

Reduce Stimulants

If possible, avoid excess caffeine or alcohol for a day or two to allow clearer integration.

Grounding

Spend a few minutes with bare feet on the earth, sit quietly, or take a salt bath to stabilise your energy field.

What you might notice

Feeling lighter, calmer or more clear-minded.

Short-term tiredness, increased dreaming, or brief emotional waves.

Transient physical sensations in the areas worked on (tingling, warmth, temperature shifts).

New insights or an unusual sense of ease around previously difficult topics.

No. The work is guided by your subconscious — you do not need to relive events.

How long does one session take?

Typical sessions are 45–75 minutes depending on the issues addressed.

How long until I notice results?

Some clients notice immediate relief; others integrate changes across several days. Most processing finishes within 1–3 days.

When should I schedule a follow-up?

If a reaction lasts longer than three days or new concerns arise, reach out — we’ll plan the best next step.

4. Do I have to talk about my trauma or personal history?

No.

You never have to share anything you’re not comfortable sharing.
The subconscious provides the information needed — not your story.

Clients often appreciate the privacy and gentleness of this approach.

5. What does a session feel like?

People commonly experience:

  • warmth

  • lightness

  • tingling

  • emotional release

  • mental clarity

Some feel neutral during the session and notice shifts days afterward — all responses are valid.

6. What happens after a session?

A 1–3 day integration period is normal.

8. How many sessions will I need?

This varies by client and intention.

Some feel a shift after one session.
Others benefit from consistent support over time.

9. Can sessions be done remotely?

Absolutely.

Emotion Code®, Body Code™, and Graced™ are equally effective at a distance through energetic intention and muscle testing.

Most clients choose remote sessions for convenience.

10. How should I prepare for a session?

Simple preparation is best:

  • drink water

  • arrive open and relaxed and in a quiet private space

  • bring an intention or area of focus (optional)

Nothing else is required.

11. What if I don’t feel anything during the session?

Feeling nothing is completely normal for the first sessions for a few  people. Those prone to cover and protect their emotions have heart walls and blocks we need to disintegrate.

The work occurs at the subconscious and energetic level. Once the blocks to numbness are removed, you most likely will feel lightness, softness, muscle relaxation, and higher awareness during the session.
Most clients notice shifts after a day or two  in their behavior, thoughts, or emotional responses.
