This workshop will be presented by Tiffany Persons, a multi-hyphenate creator with over
20 years of experience in the entertainment industry. A sought-after collaborator, she is known for uniquely employing empathy as a creative lens, transcending the status quo with an emphasis on emotional intelligence, compassion, and curiosity. A native of Detroit, a Los Angeles resident, and a descendant of Sierra Leone, Tiffany is fueled by her passion
for creating art that reflects the heart of humanity.
In 2005, she launched Shine On Sierra Leone, a non-profit organization that provides holistic support to over 500 children. Tiffany then found her magic in illuminating the stories of real people for commercials as a casting director. Her life’s mission is people.
Today, Tiffany continues to be a trailblazer in cultural consulting with her ALIGNED Workshops, a powerful response to the unprecedented transformation taking place in our world in which we are being invited to expand beyond outdated, limiting beliefs and behaviors and become stewards of our emerging civilization.

Condensing this massive amount of curriculum to present this knowledge into bite-size, cumulatively building stages, was an obsessive challenge and activated muscle memory from my experience designing curriculum-approved courses for universities. The process has been a labor of love and I hope that all who partake will learn a staggering level of awareness, defining what they are and who they can be.
