preparation for sessions

Before any work on yourself or another, the healer needs to prepare to become a conduit for this process. It is absolutely vital that you say to yourself as well as the recipient that you are not responsible for the healing. You are gifted with the ability to access the matrix of the astral planes that connect us all in order to bring lightness and balance to the situation. In order to be in the right frame of mind to do this, there are several preparatory steps we must follow.

Please make these a habit every morning whether you plan to do healing sessions or not. It will strengthen and stabilize the pathways to being on a higher frequency at all times.

Begin by doing the simple yoga-based exercises shown below. Between each pose, concentrate on the following three concepts so that your mind, body, and spirit are in sync.

1. Love: Center yourself in a place of unified love coming out as a strong singular energetic light beam from your heart.

2. Detachment: Separate yourself from the outcome. None of us are in a position of knowing what is right or wrong, good or bad. There may be lessons that have to be learned or understandings that have to be brought forward before this person can move on. We do not have the whole picture and can only facilitate the intention for healing.

3. Intention: Envision a space where healing is present. The goal is to remove what is keeping the flow, the vortex, the tornado of energy of health from encompassing the other.

Once in a focused  mind frame, then we go deep. There are many approaches to meditation, but I am particularly fond of the voice, concepts, and tempo of Drunvalo Melchizedek.

Use whatever makes you bliss:
